Events Coordinator (Arabic & English)

About the role

Kensington Event & Media Services (KEMS) is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English. You will support premium automotive, corporate and experiential events across the UAE and the wider Middle East, helping to deliver projects for leading automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of live events from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare presentations, project documentation and event schedules.
• Assist with logistics, procurement and on‑site event management.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and administrative documentation.
• Provide excellent client service while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous events experience preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
• Based in the UAE with a valid residency visa.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own vehicle and laptop.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
