Events Sales Manager

About the role

The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-headquartered full-service hospitality management company, is looking for a motivated, results-driven Events Sales Manager to lead the sales process for events. The role covers generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and coordinating with internal teams so that every event meets client expectations and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries and develop suitable proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, corporate contacts and selected partners.
• Conduct meetings and venue visits professionally and in a welcoming way.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and client communications.
• Follow up with clients and guests to encourage continued engagement and future opportunities.
• Support new business through personal networks, referrals and relationship building.
• Ensure communication and service delivery reflect the club's standards, values and sense of discretion.
• Assist with event forecasts, reporting and general commercial administration.
• Stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in events, hospitality, private clubs, luxury service or a related environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work with internal teams and external contacts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
