Medical Representative

About the role

Inmaa is looking for a Medical Representative to promote its products and services to physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) within an assigned territory. The role covers sales execution, medical detailing, territory coverage and reporting, and requires a strong track record in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Inmaa products and services to physicians and other HCPs and educate them on use, characteristics, advantages and indications
• Execute the territory sales plan and exceed targets from existing and new accounts
• Hold RTD hospital meetings and other customer events with the direct manager
• Visit physicians and pharmacists with medical detailing and scientific documentation, building trusted relationships
• Keep up to date with clinical data and present it to health professionals
• Follow the territory coverage plan (calls and visits per year) and report daily, weekly and monthly on visit outcomes
• Submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports on time
• Gather and analyse market intelligence, monitor sell-out and competitor activity, and find new business opportunities

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pharmaceutical rep, medical sales rep or in the healthcare industry
• BS degree in a relevant medical field
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record

Required skills

• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and the latest medical issues
• Familiarity with new medical technology solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
