Examination Officer (International School)

About the role

The school is seeking an Examination Officer to join the team from January 2026. This role provides international exposure within a British Schools Overseas accredited institution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement examination timetables that meet regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with teachers, department heads, and examiners to select exam formats, question papers, and assessment criteria.
• Arrange suitable examination venues and accommodations for all students.
• Oversee secure storage, distribution, and handling of examination papers in line with board guidelines.
• Manage invigilators, providing clear instructions and monitoring exam conduct.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, seating plans, and any required accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with examination regulations and address any irregularities.
• Stay updated on policy changes, maintain confidential documentation, and submit required reports to examination boards and authorities.

Required profile

• Analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
• IT literacy, especially with databases, data analysis, and charting.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to present information appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
