Excavator Operator

About the role

Capstone Contracting, a leading UAE contracting company, is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to work on various construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the excavator to perform excavation, trenching, loading and leveling tasks.
• Read and follow site instructions, work to specified levels and markings.

Required profile

• Indian nationality with a minimum of 3–5 years of proven excavator experience.
• Valid UAE heavy‑equipment/excavator driving licence (or ability to pass a practical test).
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Professional, disciplined and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work at different project sites and hold a transferable UAE residence visa or be on a visit visa.

Required skills

• Excavator operation (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling).
• Routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Reading site instructions and working to levels/markings.
• UAE heavy‑equipment driving licence.
