About the role

Forka is seeking an Executive Business Partner to serve as the CEO’s right hand. The role blends high‑level executive operations with corporate communications, ensuring the CEO’s time is protected while amplifying the company’s public voice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and shield the executive from low‑value distractions.
• Tri­age and draft professional responses to emails and LinkedIn messages on behalf of the CEO.
• Attend confidential board meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Consolidate weekly department reports into concise executive summaries.
• Interview the CEO weekly and ghostwrite LinkedIn thought‑leadership posts.
• Draft pitch emails, corporate memos, and press releases for acquisitions, consulting services, and expansion plans.
• Oversee Forka’s LinkedIn and B2B social media presence, creating behind‑the‑scenes content to attract hospitality talent.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with investors, elite chefs, and real‑estate developers.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of professional experience in executive support, communications, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage high‑stakes calendars and confidential information.
• Strong written communication skills with experience in ghostwriting and corporate messaging.
