Executive Chef – Conservatory Food Hall

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Conservatory Food Hall at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort opening in Spring 2027. The role oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently and within budget.
• Monitor resource consumption, maximize equipment capacity and control costs.
• Develop monthly and seasonal menus in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Maintain high food quality standards and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Oversee kitchen administration, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Lead, coach and evaluate kitchen staff, manage rosters and hiring decisions.
• Conduct training, write operating procedures and address deviations through on‑the‑job coaching.
• Monitor market trends and propose menu, pricing and wage adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) experience in culinary management.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities in a high‑volume food service environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Culinary training or degree preferred.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
