Executive Manager - Equity Investments

About the role

The role is a hands‑on portfolio management position within the Asset Management business of a leading UAE bank. You will run discretionary equity portfolios and funds, shape investment strategies and act as a key voice for relationship managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage discretionary equity portfolios and funds within approved mandates and risk parameters.
• Oversee portfolio construction, security selection, position sizing, performance and risk monitoring.
• Develop a disciplined, research‑led investment process and contribute to equity strategy and product development.
• Support relationship managers and clients with investment insight and lead a small team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of equity investment management experience within an asset manager, sovereign wealth fund, private bank or family office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• CFA or CAIA qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• GCC experience highly desirable.
