Executive Manager - Personal Productivity AI

About the role

The Executive Manager – Personal Productivity AI will lead the bank’s strategy for employee‑facing AI tools, ensuring alignment with ADCB’s broader AI roadmap and delivering measurable productivity improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the bank’s approach to Personal Productivity AI, ensuring tools support the overall AI strategy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of approved AI tools and align guidance, training, and investment decisions with their capabilities.
• Evaluate and classify AI use cases for employee self‑service, controlled experimentation, or enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Establish and communicate bank‑wide policies on appropriate and inappropriate use of Personal Productivity AI tools.
• Drive responsible adoption focused on effective use and realised value rather than mere usage volume.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to design training that builds practical AI tool skills.
• Maintain evidence‑based monitoring of tool usage, cost, productivity outcomes, and governance indicators.
• Act as the primary business interface with IT Service Centre and technology teams for access, entitlements, and consumption controls.
• Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people‑management policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional with proven experience in AI strategy and governance.
• Ability to influence and work closely with cross‑functional partners, including Learning & Development and technology teams.
• Experience managing people in accordance with corporate policies.
