Executive Manager - Transaction Banking Sales Unit

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Manager to lead our Transaction Banking Sales Unit for the SME portfolio at ADCB. The role focuses on driving revenue across Cash Management, Trade Finance and Escrow product lines while delivering complex banking solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate Transaction Banking revenue by building and executing an ambitious business plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive wallet share across Cash Management, Trade Finance and Escrow product lines.
• Provide advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver business insights, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with Service, Operations, Product, Risk and Credit teams.
• Grow structured Trade Finance business and manage complex deals across the TB product suite.

Required profile

• Experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
• Adept at working in a high‑pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of winning complex, high‑ticket Transaction Banking mandates (beneficial).
• Ability to interpret balance sheets and spreadsheets.
