Executive Regional Director, Client Success

About the role

The Executive Regional Director, Client Success is responsible for driving growth and profitability of major, complex, and strategic accounts. You will oversee portfolio performance, maintain senior‑level client and agency relationships, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for client brands, acting as a subject‑matter expert on their business and industry.
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities, leveraging the full GPJ offering and sister agencies.
• Manage large, complex budgets, financial reconciliation, invoicing and pricing mechanisms.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing team with multiple direct reports, fostering trust, accountability and results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, heads of specialisms and the Managing Director to drive agency performance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of marketing/events agency experience, with at least 6 years in progressively senior client‑management roles.
• Proven track record working with Fortune 500 brands and managing large, strategic accounts.
• Experience in the UAE/MEA market is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel as required and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
