Video Editor & Producer (AI & Performance Ads)

About the role

PetLab Co., a fast‑growing DTC pet supplement brand, is looking for a senior Video Editor & Producer to create AI‑powered performance ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. The role is remote‑first but based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form video ads, write hooks and add captions, sound design, music and CTAs tailored to each platform.
• Generate AI video, avatars and voiceovers using tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Arcads and ElevenLabs.
• Write direct‑response scripts, pitch concepts and adapt winning scripts for new angles.
• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing, review performance metrics and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 4+ years of video editing experience, with at least 2 years focused on paid social ads for DTC/e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of creating AI‑generated ads that deliver measurable ROAS, CPA or similar results.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to present ideas to a global team.

Required skills

• Expert in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics is a plus.
• Daily use of AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs).
• Understanding of performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how editing choices affect them.
