Executive – Retail Sales

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking an Executive – Retail Sales to drive new vehicle sales in Dubai. The role involves managing customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless purchase experience, and supporting the line manager to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand.
• Record and manage each enquiry in the dealer management system with proactive follow‑up.
• Ensure a seamless customer transaction that meets expectations and timelines.
• Follow the documented sales process, complying with company and legal requirements.
• Support customers in understanding purchase requirements, finance options and trade‑in facilities.
• Maintain sales‑operation standards for display, presentation and HSSE compliance.
• Verify cleared funds before vehicle release and manage vehicle registration per Emirate regulations.
• Accurately record leads, update the dealer management system, and follow up with detailed commentary.
• Comply with security processes for monies and vehicle assets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in car sales with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Proven negotiating skills, especially with finance and trade‑in deals.
• Ability to solve complex problems and handle challenging situations.
• Hands‑on work ethic and culturally aware approach.
• Solid product knowledge and experience in a customer‑facing sales environment.
