Executive - Sales

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, an exclusive beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, is looking for an Executive - Sales. The role focuses on developing strategic account plans, building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and meet short- and long-term sales objectives.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive sales and networking.
• Collaborate with off-property sales teams and key stakeholders to drive business opportunities and ensure a coordinated sales approach.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets and market trends, providing regular forecasts and insights.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and prepare timely sales reports tracking account performance.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in an international hospitality or luxury hotel environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial business practices.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in account management, sales planning and market development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools, preferably Salesforce.
