Executive Sales Role at Madinat Jumeirah

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Executive to join the Sales Department at Madinat Jumeirah, starting October 2026. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account development plans to maximize short‑ and long‑term revenue.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to ensure aligned and effective sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Expand the customer base through community engagement, market research and targeted sales activities.
• Monitor budgets, targets and individual performance, maintaining accurate account profiles in Salesforce.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts and action plans to achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/Certificate required; Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within an international hospitality company.
• Strong commercial, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with a focus on targets and results.
• Ability to manage projects and time effectively, work under pressure and interact confidently with diverse groups and stakeholders.
