Executive Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition leads the end‑to‑end recruitment process for senior and executive positions across Majid Al Futtaim’s diverse businesses. The role designs innovative sourcing strategies, builds robust talent pipelines and ensures a seamless candidate experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and senior‑level roles, from requisition through onboarding.
• Develop and continuously refine talent acquisition strategies that support business goals and succession planning.
• Partner with Human Capital and business leaders to align hiring practices with organisational needs.
• Source both active and passive candidates globally, leveraging advanced tools and techniques.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a leading organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Managerial experience overseeing executive recruitment with a track record of global mandates.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in Middle East or emerging markets is highly preferred.
