About the role
The Executive Tenant Relations – Retail role is the primary point of contact for all mall tenants within Dubai Holding Asset Management’s retail portfolio. You will maintain strong professional relationships, ensure compliance with regulations, and support tenants in day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for retail tenants, handling queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate tenant data and records.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with mall tenants.
- Address tenant complaints, operational challenges, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and DHAM lease policies.
- Conduct regular store inspections to verify operational standards, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and security.
- Escalate maintenance and safety concerns to the appropriate teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 24 months of experience in tenant relations or retail property management.
