Associate / Senior Associate, Investments

About the role

ESR is seeking a driven and analytical Associate / Senior Associate with 4-8 years of investment experience to join the Investment team in Dubai. The role involves independently evaluating real estate investment opportunities across the GCC and preparing high‑quality investment papers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess potential real estate investments across asset classes, including equity and debt structures.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze deal economics and return metrics.
• Draft investment memos and presentations for internal committees and senior leadership.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and due diligence.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal counsel and external advisors to facilitate deal execution.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support such as portfolio reviews and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, funds management or similar.
• Experience covering GCC real estate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university with strong academic record.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines with high‑quality output.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work semi‑autonomously.
