Exhibition Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of exhibitions and events in Dubai. The role focuses on driving audience growth, lead generation and brand awareness through both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to engage exhibitors, delegates, visitors and sponsors.
• Create marketing plans, manage budgets, timelines and monitor campaign performance.
• Utilise email, social media, PPC, content, PR, partnerships and website marketing to reach target audiences.
• Manage and optimise marketing databases and audience‑targeting strategies.
• Coordinate production of marketing collateral for digital and print platforms.
• Oversee media partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Analyse campaign results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support onsite event delivery and related marketing activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mid‑manager marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and campaign analytics.
• Excellent project‑management and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences or B2B marketing is a plus.
