Experienced Bulldozer Operator – Dubai

About the role

Capstone Contracting, one of the UAE's leading contracting companies, is seeking an experienced bulldozer operator to work on various construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers for grading, leveling, pushing, spreading materials and land clearing.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Follow site instructions, work to specified levels and markings, and adhere to HSE rules.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven bulldozer operating experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Valid UAE heavy‑equipment licence (preferred) or ability to pass a practical test.
• UAE residence visa (transferable) and currently residing in the UAE.
