Experienced Gardener / Farm Worker

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated gardener/farm worker to independently manage and maintain a private farm and garden. The role combines vegetable, herb, and fruit tree cultivation with basic cleaning duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the private farm/garden on a daily basis.
• Grow vegetables, herbs, and fruit trees according to best agricultural practices.
• Prepare soil, handle seeds and seedlings, and implement composting techniques.
• Install, monitor, and maintain irrigation and watering systems.
• Apply fertilisers, prune plants, and conduct basic pest and disease management.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of genuine farming experience.
• Proven experience with vegetable, herb, and fruit tree cultivation.
• Strong knowledge of soil preparation, seeds, seedlings, and composting.
• Familiarity with irrigation, watering systems, fertilising, and pruning.
• Basic understanding of pest and disease management.
• Ability to work independently and start immediately.
