Experienced Lawyer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support across multiple business functions, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal teams on corporate, commercial, real estate and rental matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Support the organization in risk mitigation and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Lawyer or Legal Counsel, ideally within corporate, commercial or related practice areas.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and professional judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
