Experiences Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Experiences Supervisor will lead the creation and delivery of curated activities that reflect Six Senses’ vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the surrounding environment. Working closely with the Guest Experience and Front Office teams, you will ensure every interaction is memorable, sustainable and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and promote bespoke experiences, watersport activities, daily resort programmes and approved excursions.
• Oversee third‑party watersport providers, ensuring compliance with Six Senses brand standards.
• Document, organise and bill all experiences according to company policy.
• Develop and consolidate direct contracts with experience providers.
• Create locally‑inspired experiences highlighting UAE heritage, ecology and wellness.
• Anticipate guest needs, delivering “Out of the Ordinary” moments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date experience collateral, books and communication channels.
• Handle service recovery and manage guest complaints.
• Take ownership of the department’s financial performance and inventory.
• Uphold high personal grooming standards and adhere to LQA and sustainability guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar luxury‑hotel role with multi‑departmental exposure.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of local language and customs is a plus.
• Ability to work strategically with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Opera property management system (moderate fluency).
• Microsoft Office Suite (moderate fluency).
