Export Customs Clearance Executive - Express, Air & Sea Freight

About the role

Figure Shipping LLC is looking for an experienced Export Customs Clearance Executive in Dubai to handle export clearance for express, air freight and sea freight shipments. The role covers the full export documentation and clearance process, working closely with customers, airlines, shipping lines and customs authorities so that shipments leave on time and in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit export, re-export and transit customs declarations through Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2
• Handle clearance for express (courier) and air freight shipments through DXB, DWC and Dubai Cargo Village
• Handle sea freight export clearance (FCL and LCL) through Jebel Ali Port and other UAE ports
• Review and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB) and Bills of Lading
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, ground handlers, transporters and customs officers to resolve holds, inspections or discrepancies

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export customs clearance in the UAE, covering express, air freight and/or sea freight
