About the role
We are seeking an Engineer to join our Total Facilities Management team in Dubai, supporting the Facilities Manager and clients in day‑to‑day operational management of FM services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Prepare monthly operational reports, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage specialist service contractors, procurement of materials, and staff training and induction.
- Conduct site visits, liaise with clients, and ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years experience in service delivery of structured FM contracts.
- Relevant certifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH and CFM are preferred.
- Valid driving licence and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAFM systems.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
