Manager - Facilities Management

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Manager – Facilities Management to join its Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role supports the Regional Manager and clients in daily facilities operations, ensuring services are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with contractual SLA/KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping and other soft services, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports, monitor SLA/KPI compliance and manage project service delivery.
• Lead a team of assistants, engineers, supervisors and team leaders, ensuring induction and continuous training are documented.
• Plan transport and accommodation requirements, procure materials in line with company policies, and manage specialist service contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor resource utilization, and ensure timely invoicing with finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 6‑7+ years of experience managing structured FM contracts with both hard and soft services.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and implementation of full modules.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and report‑writing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM software.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
