Facility Management Engineer – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

The Facility Management Engineer will oversee maintenance, repair and operational activities for luxury residential projects in Dubai, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance operations, preventive schedules and routine inspections to optimise system performance and minimise downtime.
• Oversee the CMMS platform (Facilio) to track work orders, monitor equipment performance and streamline workflows.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate with external vendors and contractors, review their performance and achieve cost‑saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with property managers, in‑house technicians and MEP staff to resolve issues and improve facility reliability.
• Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, expenses and equipment status for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing facility systems for residential or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and legal compliance standards.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple sites and communicate effectively with residents.
