Relationship Manager

About the role

MN VISION, a Dubai‑based real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to oversee the client journey from purchase through handover and beyond. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality experience for off‑plan property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the purchase, construction, and handover phases.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear, timely communication on project progress, payment milestones, and handover schedules.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring client concerns and relay feedback to improve internal processes and overall customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service levels, and outstanding cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Customer Service or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service or similar roles, preferably with a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
