Facility Management Technician & Team Leader Roles

About the role

Farnek Careers UAE is seeking skilled professionals for multiple facility management positions across Abu Dhabi. Roles include HVAC Technician, Team Leader, Plumber, Carpenter/Civil Technician, Multi‑Technician with Driver, and Electrician. Candidates will work in hospital and healthcare environments, ensuring reliable operation of building services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and civil systems.
• Lead small teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose faults, execute repairs, and document work orders.
• Support facility operations in healthcare settings, adhering to strict hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Operate company vehicles when required for on‑site duties.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
• ITI certification or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands‑on experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
