Faculty – Business Real Estate Management

About the role

The Higher Colleges of Technology seeks a full‑time faculty member to deliver instruction in Business Real Estate Management to second‑language learners, fostering a student‑centric environment that respects cultural diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and develop curriculum for Business Real Estate Management courses, using educational technology and applied research approaches.
• Assess student performance through tests, projects, and assignments, providing continuous feedback and support.
• Advise and mentor students, including internship supervision and at‑risk action planning.
• Participate in academic and community events, serve on committees, and contribute to research aligned with national innovation priorities.
• Maintain teaching facilities, prepare course assessment documentation, and support continuous improvement of teaching quality.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, or a Master’s degree with professional certification and at least 5 years of combined teaching and industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant field and 3 years of industry experience (preferred).
• Experience developing accredited curricula and integrating educational technology into instruction.
