Farm Manager – Multi‑Site Operations

About the role

A private farming institution in the UAE is looking for a capable, hands‑on Farm Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple farms in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines practical agricultural experience with strong organisational and leadership abilities to manage crop production, livestock, and beekeeping on roughly 50 acres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day activities across five date farms, three fruit & vegetable farms, a livestock farm, three bee farms and a greenhouse.
• Plan and execute planting, harvesting, irrigation, feeding and maintenance schedules to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Supervise farm workers across all sites, allocate tasks, monitor performance and maintain a safe, organised work environment.
• Oversee health and productivity of crops, trees, animals and beehives, including pest control, fertilisation, irrigation and basic veterinary practices.
• Manage farm machinery, equipment maintenance and repair, as well as inputs such as water, feed and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records, track key performance indicators and use digital farm management tools for data‑driven decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency and sustainability, including digital or AI‑supported solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, horticulture, animal science or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in farm management or supervisory roles.
• Hands‑on experience with olives and/or date palms and mandatory beekeeping experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site farm operations independently.
