Fashion Advisor - UAE National

About the role

Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor for its boutique in The Dubai Mall. The advisor joins the sales team and helps sell ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewellery while delivering a premium client experience. The position reports to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create a luxurious experience for every customer, welcome them appropriately and build lasting relationships and brand loyalty
• Follow sales procedures accurately and support the full Chanel client experience
• Keep grooming standards and boutique areas in line with Chanel guidelines and merchandising rules
• Monitor stock levels and take part in inventory management, including cycle counts and re-stocking
• Work closely with colleagues and management, and collaborate with the boutiques' partners: management, sales, visual merchandising, stock, alterations, aftersales, security, training and corporate teams

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a fashion retail environment
• Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients
• Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellence
• Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills
