Fashion Consultant - Jacquemus, The Grove

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with eight owned brands and over 300 international brands across fashion, beauty and art de vivre, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its Jacquemus store at The Grove in Abu Dhabi. The consultant drives sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store CRM, CX and customer and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to feed business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach and give pre-buying feedback on products
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing requirements and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives
• Support in-store marketing events, campaigns and social media activities, and contribute to sell-throughs and CX initiatives

Required profile
