Sales Executive - Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV)

About the role

Al Masaood is hiring a Sales Executive for its Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV) business in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building lasting customer relationships and delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience, guiding customers from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, customer consultation, vehicle presentation and demonstration, negotiation, closing sales, vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up
• Help customers choose the most suitable vehicle and collect and submit their information and documents accurately
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth, defect-free handover
• Monitor customer satisfaction and meet Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets
• Report daily sales activities, market trends and competitor information to management
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise profitability

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in automotive sales, used cars, pre-owned vehicles or related sales roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
