Fashion Designer and Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative Fashion Designer who also thrives on the shop floor, combining design expertise with hands‑on retail experience to bring our collections to life and delight customers in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal clothing collections, creating sketches, selecting fabrics, colours and trims.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of designs that meet quality specifications.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and translate market insights into sellable concepts.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, offering styling advice, personal shopping and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining visual‑merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with retail sales exposure.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in Dubai with a schedule of 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
