F&B Captain – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Captain to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. The role is based in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia and focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the F&B service team, maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Provide proactive guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, well‑presented and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff and support continuous team development.
• Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to guarantee timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedural compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an F&B Captain in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain high service standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality or related certification preferred.
• Current residence in the UAE.
