About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Captain to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences and upholding the highest service standards for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the F&B service team, ensuring impeccable service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, high‑quality service.
• Maintain clean, well‑prepared dining areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff and support continuous team development.
• Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to guarantee timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service‑related issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an F&B Captain in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality or related certification preferred.
• Current residency in the UAE.
