F&B Premium Manager (Freelance)

About the role

Legends Global is seeking a freelance F&B Premium Manager to oversee premium food and beverage operations across designated hospitality areas at the Coca‑Cola Arena in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily planning and delivery of premium F&B services across private suites, live lounge, deck, and premier clubs.
• Achieve approved revenue and cost targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare post‑event reports covering sales, staffing, guest feedback and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with culinary, sports hospitality, ICT, procurement and finance teams for seamless event execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5‑7+ years progressive experience in high‑volume premium F&B or luxury hospitality, preferably in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience managing budgets, P&L, labor costs and inventory.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Required skills

• Certified training in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proficiency with modern POS software, handheld terminals and QR‑code ordering systems.
• Strong knowledge of local food safety, hygiene, allergen and HSE regulations.
