Senior Portfolio Manager – Revenue Intelligence (MEA APAC)

About the role

Accor is seeking a commercially driven Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a high‑performing team within the Centre of Revenue Intelligence. Based in Dubai, you will oversee revenue performance for a portfolio of hotels across the MEA‑APAC region, partnering with senior hotel leaders to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio‑wide revenue management strategies in collaboration with commercial departments.
• Lead, coach and mentor Portfolio Managers and a Portfolio Specialist, fostering capability development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Directly manage a small portfolio of hotels, ensuring adoption of best‑practice tools, processes and distribution strategies.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex commercial matters, including performance challenges and strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present executive‑level reporting and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5+ years of revenue management experience with proven leadership of high‑performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language; two additional languages preferred.

Required skills

• Expertise in revenue management, pricing, forecasting and distribution within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial advisor.
