About the role
The F&B Receiving Clerk will own cost control across the new Time Out Market in Abu Dhabi, ensuring food and beverage costs are tightly managed and margins protected.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain robust control over food and beverage costs, wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis, daily/monthly cost reports and menu engineering studies.
- Update goods receipts, POS pricing, discounts and verify settlements.
- Conduct surprise spot checks, stock takes and quarterly FF&E counts.
- Collaborate with finance and market management teams and produce ad‑hoc reports.
Required profile
- Business degree with finance team experience.
- Strong analytical, reasoning and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
