About the role
Join the Origins team as an F&B Service Ambassador, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of our restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to delight guests and anticipate their needs.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery promptly when required.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
