F&B Service Assistant - All Day Dining

About the role

The Guest Service Assistant for All Day Dining delivers a memorable dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting seamless communication between guests and the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while attending to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet, handle physical duties, and read menus accurately.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
