About the role
Join the team at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, as a Guest Service Expert in All Day Dining. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, setting tables, and coordinating with the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Handle guest interactions, addressing requests and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Capability to read and verify menu information accurately.
