F&B Service Expert - All Day Dining

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is hiring an F&B Service Expert for its All Day Dining restaurant. The role is about building a memorable guest experience beyond simply serving food and drinks, with the service expert taking the initiative to make sure guests enjoy their meal.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests and set tables
• Communicate with the kitchen and interact with guests
• Clean work areas and supplies
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information
• Follow company policies and procedures and uphold quality standards
• Maintain a safe workplace and keep uniform, appearance and communication professional
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods and move over uneven or slippery surfaces
• Lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance, and reach overhead and below the knees

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
