About the role
The Guest Service Expert – Barista delivers memorable food and beverage experiences for hotel guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every coffee and service interaction reflects Sheraton’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to guests.
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist with inventory tasks.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
