About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable experiences for guests by delivering food and beverage service with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism. The role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, interact with guests, serve food and drinks, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, ensure a safe workplace, and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, including on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and to read and verify menu information.
