About the role
The Guest Service Expert in the lounge bar creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, manage supplies, and ensure a safe environment.
- Handle menu verification, assist guests with selections, and support smooth transactions.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with help), and navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to read and verify menu information accurately.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver in a busy lounge environment.
