About the role
Join Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel as an F&B Waiter, delivering warm, attentive service in a vibrant hospitality environment. You will be part of a team that values both professionalism and genuine guest interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, menus, and POS equipment to answer guest queries and process orders accurately.
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and security measures, especially when entering guest rooms.
- Keep your work station clean, break down trays, and monitor corridors for room‑service trays.
- Participate actively in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Required profile
- Understanding of hotel guest‑service standards and personal grooming expectations.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to varied tasks beyond core duties.
- Willingness to learn menus and operational procedures quickly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
