F&B Waiter – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Join the F&B team at ME Dubai, a landmark hotel designed by Dame Zaha Hadid. As a Waiter you will deliver courteous, professional service to guests in our signature Central Cosmo Tapas and Bar, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, anticipating needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote menu items through upselling and product knowledge while minimizing waste.
• Support marketing and inventory activities as required.
• Adhere to health, safety and grooming standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to work across different sub‑departments within F&B.
• Commitment to high‑quality service and alignment with ME brand values.
• Punctuality, flexibility and willingness to attend training sessions.
