Female Customer Service & Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and presentable female Customer Service & Cashier to join our team at International Car Care Center in Sharjah. The role involves handling customer payments, maintaining accurate cash records, and delivering professional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and answer queries about services and pricing.
• Receive cash and other forms of payment, issue receipts, and keep precise payment records.
• Count, verify, and hand over daily cash collections to the accountant.
• Coordinate with the accountant on daily sales and payments.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with service bookings and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform basic administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Female candidate, preferably with her own visa (visa sponsorship possible).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well‑presented.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Preferred nationalities: Nepalese, Filipino, Pakistani.
